Merchandise returned without authorization will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions. It is very important that the return of a merchandise is in its original saleable condition when received. Please be sure to include all of the original material that we sent with the merchandise. The value of missing accessories will be deducted from the credit amount of a return.
