The purchase and delivery terms follow the agreement between us and according to the terms in our proformainvoice.

Insurance

All goods are fully insured from our warehouse to your international airport/port if your order is CIF or to our international airport/port if your order FOB. If the goods are broken during transport to you, please take a photo of the item(s) and the cardboard box, and send the photo to us by mail or scan the picture and send it to us by email. Our insurance company requires proof before we can send a replacement.
